Functional fitness exercises are designed to train and develop your muscles to make it easier and safer to perform everyday activities, such as carrying groceries or playing a game of basketball with your kids. We emphasize core stability, injury prevention, and pain management.

Time to liven up your workout with Venita! In this no holds barred workout, be prepared to lift weights, punch bags, flip tires, use TRX bands, or move your workout outside! No equipment necessary. Just you!

You've got 30 minutes to punch and kick your way to an awesome cardio blast! Get off the treadmill and get on the mats!
